Get the First Screen Right
The top of the homepage should clearly say who the doctor is, what specialty they practice, where they are located, and how to book. If visitors have to hunt for the basics, conversion drops immediately.
Show Proof Without Clutter
Good homepages use reviews, credentials, years of experience, affiliations, and featured services to build confidence. The goal is not to add everything, but to place the most convincing signals where scanning users will notice them.
Keep the Next Step Obvious
Whether you want calls, WhatsApp chats, or appointment requests, the CTA should stay visible and repeated throughout the page. Patients should never finish a section without knowing what to do next.
