Terms of Service

By accessing or using TechDr's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO, Google Ads management, GMB optimisation, social media management, website design, WhatsApp automation, and related services.

Provide accurate clinic and doctor information

Obtain necessary regulatory approvals for content

Ensure NMC compliance of all medical claims

Timely payment per agreed schedule

Provide access to required platforms

Monthly retainers due on 1st of each month

Ad spend billed separately as actuals

18% GST applicable on all services

Late payment: 2% per month after 15-day grace

Non-payment: services suspended after 30 days

Content created remains client's property

TechDr retains right to use work in portfolio (anonymised) unless explicitly prohibited

Both parties agree to keep business information confidential during and after engagement.

Client is responsible for ensuring all published content complies with NMC 2026 advertising guidelines. TechDr will flag potential violations but final approval rests with the client doctor.

TechDr's liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. No guarantee of specific search rankings, patient numbers, or revenue.

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Client data returned within 14 days of termination.

Disputes resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
