When you contact us via WhatsApp, conversations are stored by Meta under their privacy policy. We use Wati/Interakt for business messaging, governed by their respective privacy policies.

We use GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled. Data is processed by Google under their Data Processing Agreement with TechDr.

TechDr uses Google API Services, including Google OAuth 2.0, Google Business Profile APIs, YouTube Data API v3, and YouTube Analytics API, to provide social media management, content publishing, analytics, and account management features.

Users explicitly authorize TechDr to access their Google Account through Google's OAuth consent process. Users may revoke TechDr's access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

Depending on the services connected by the user, TechDr may access:

Google Account profile information (name and profile photo)

Google Account email address

Connected YouTube channel information

YouTube videos and associated metadata

YouTube Analytics reports

Google Business Profile accounts and business locations

Google Business Profile content required for creating, scheduling, and publishing posts

TechDr only requests and accesses the minimum Google user data necessary to provide the requested services.

Google user data is used solely to provide the services requested by the user, including:

Authenticating users using Google Sign-In.

Connecting and managing Google Business Profile accounts.

Connecting and managing YouTube channels.

Uploading, scheduling, and publishing YouTube videos.

Creating, scheduling, publishing, and managing Google Business Profile posts.

Displaying YouTube Analytics and channel information.

Displaying connected Google accounts within the TechDr dashboard.

Providing customer support and troubleshooting when requested by the user.

Maintaining secure authenticated sessions.

TechDr does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, data mining, or any unrelated purpose.

TechDr does not sell, rent, trade, or license Google user data.

Google user data may only be shared, transferred, or disclosed in the following circumstances:

With the authenticated user to display and manage their connected Google accounts, YouTube channels, and Google Business Profile locations.

With authorized TechDr personnel who require limited access to provide customer support, maintenance, or technical assistance.

With trusted service providers (including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data solely on behalf of TechDr under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, legal process, or valid governmental request.

To protect the security, rights, or property of TechDr, its users, or others where permitted by law.

TechDr does not share Google user data with advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

TechDr protects Google user data using industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational security measures.

OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and related account information are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only.

Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When a user disconnects a Google Account or requests deletion, TechDr will delete or anonymize Google user data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Users may revoke TechDr's access to their Google Account at any time by:

Removing TechDr from their Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Disconnecting their Google account from within the TechDr application.

Contacting TechDr to request account or data removal.

TechDr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information obtained through Google APIs is used exclusively to provide user-facing features requested by the user. TechDr does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models, and does not use such data for advertising or profiling purposes.
