Refund Policy

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. If you cancel before the month starts, a full refund is issued.

One-time onboarding fees are non-refundable after onboarding work has commenced (typically within 48 hours of payment).

Google and Meta ad spend is managed on your behalf and billed as actuals. Unused ad budget is returned in the following month's billing or refunded within 14 business days of request.

Website projects follow milestone-based billing. Completed milestone payments are non-refundable. Payments for incomplete milestones are refunded within 14 business days.

Raise refund requests at billing@techdr.in within 7 days of the disputed charge. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
